How do you meditate daily? My mind wanders too much. 

Step 1: Start
Step 2: Repeat

Don’t get discouraged. If you find your mind wandering, just bring it back to your breath, or this candle, or this sound, or this moment. 

Contrary to what you tell yourself “my mind gets carried away”, it is the simple act of noticing that your mind just got carried away that shows you’re doing it right. The very fact of becoming aware of your distraction is success, not failure.
